Brewed with small batch craft malt, bloody butcher corn and 100% cluster hops it has a rustic, biscuit forward malt character with subtle spice and a hint of sweetness from the corn and a spicy, floral hop character. Join us in raising a glass to U.S.A.’s 250th birthday with one of America’s first original beer styles.

This hazy DIPA explodes with modern fruit flavors of berries, mango, marmalade, peach, and lychee up front with a touch of bitter citrus rind and pine resin on the finish. With a smooth, pillowy body and just a touch of bitterness, this goes down far easier than it’s 8.8% ABV suggests.

Coupe d’Or, or “Cup of Gold” in English, is brewed in the Belgian Table Beer tradition of low ABV, high flavor beers. Malted barley and wheat along with flaked rye pack the beer with a complex malt character, while a blend of modern and traditional European hops give the beer an assertive bitterness and floral notes of berries and white wine. Lastly, it was fermented warm with a hauntingly beautiful Belgian farmhouse yeast for complex flavor and a dry finish. At only 112 calories per pint there is no need to feel guilty about enjoying this cup of gold.
