"A partnership with my alma mater was just huge for me," Pathak said in an Orlando Sentinel article.

When UCF's move to the Big 12 opened the door to new partnership opportunities, the school was looking for a locally rooted, alumni-founded brand, and Brewlando was a natural fit. From modest beginnings to four Central Florida locations, Brewlando remains dedicated to fostering connection and celebrating local culture, on campus and beyond.
