DRAGON’s CURSE

Brewed with the finest malted barley and heaps of wheat, this beer was allowed to sour naturally in the kettle before undergoing a traditional boil with just a touch of hops. Then, in the fermenter, we loaded up the nearly finished beer with heaps of red dragon fruit and blood orange puree for a neon pink color and a burst of citrus punch. The end result is a lightly tart, flavorful beer that is ultra refreshing and a real head turner.

Imported pilsner malt with touches of several character malts make up the deceptively simple base for this big Belgian-style Tripel. Light additions of some of our favorite European hops add notes of melon, strawberry, and flowers, white the traditional, top-fermenting yeast provides flavors of fruity bubblegum and baking spices that mingle perfectly with hints of warming alcohol. At 9.2% ABV and gold in color, this beer is brewed for the bravest Knights.

Developed right here in Central Florida, the Dancy tangerine has long been prized for its thin peel and sweet flavor. Known as the first widely spread tangerine variety it was first grown by Colonel F.L.Dancy in the 1800’s. Dancy Tangerine IPA was brewed to celebrate this home-grown flavor and uses all American hops as well as a hefty dose of tangerine peel. The result is a beer that is bursting with sweet tangerine aroma backed up by soft notes of tropical fruit and melon.
