Brewlando®, the local hub of crafted beer excellence, is seeking a passionate Beertender to join our hospitable team. We’re looking for energetic individuals with a love for hops and malts to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving Excellence: Provide exceptional service by pouring a variety of beers and wines with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Brew Expertise: Engage customers with your knowledge of our range of beers, helping them discover and appreciate the craft behind each brew.

• Wine Wisdom: Assist wine enthusiasts with basic wine selections, offering recommendations and pouring with care.

• Operational Efficiency: Utilize the POS system efficiently to place orders, process payments, and manage tabs.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure guests can enjoy their preferred choices without interruption.

• Customer Connection: Serve as the face of Brewlando®, exemplifying our community spirit and passion for quality beverages.

Qualifications:

• Must be of legal age (21+) to pour and/or mix alcoholic beverages.

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.

• Basic understanding and interest in craft beer and wine.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the Brewlando® family.
