We are seeking enthusiastic line cooks to join our team, across our 4 locations.

Applicants must be passionate about their craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to grow and learn with us. Applicants must have experience cooking in fast-service restaurants, adhere to food safety standards, and have reliable transportation as well as an active phone number.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a line cook, you will be responsible for executing menu items in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring high-quality standards. You will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook food, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety guidelines. This role requires both technical cooking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and prepping them for use in cooking.

  • Cook and assemble food dishes according to recipes and specifications.

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.

  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and served at the correct temperature.

  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station and kitchen area.

  • Follow all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards, including proper storage and handling of food.

  • Assist in the inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.

  • Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen manager when supplies are low.

  • Ensure proper handling of food allergens and dietary restrictions.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking environment is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
