KITCHEN MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to take the lead. Job Summary:
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing inventory and ordering, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and delivering high-quality food production that aligns with Brewlando’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff to uphold Brewlando’s standards of excellence.
Order weekly food deliveries with a focus on minimizing waste and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Conduct weekly inventory counts of food and kitchen supplies.
Create and manage staff schedules to efficiently cover peak and off-peak hours.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management to develop and refine menu offerings.
Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full-service restaurant.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a managerial role.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
